Retail clients and our resellers are always welcomed and encouraged to request catalogs or brochures. We do not send catalogs to other dealers or distributors unless there is a written resale agreement on file with us.

Failure to provide the above information on your ticket or fax will delay if not deny your catalog request.

   All artwork, designs, logos and trademarks, (with and without registration marks) shown in our catalogs and website are reproduced only as examples of our capabilities and quality. They are not for sale and do not represent an endorsement of that particular product or any product within our catalogs and website. By submitting an order to Berber Corp / UltraTech and its vendors, the distributor represents that the use of such artwork, designs, logos and trademarks will not violate any applicable laws or client restrictions, and hereby agrees to defend and hold Berber Corp / UltraTech and its vendors harmless from any and all claims

   
   
8. All credit card transaction are handled by Ultra Technology Limited, Inc.
